Established in 1991, the Johnson & Johnson Institute Hamburg, formerly known as the European Surgical Institute, is the European home of surgical education for J&J and has driven innovation in surgical training for more than 25 years.

More than 17,000 visitors attend approximately 600 events annually. Events include education courses for healthcare professionals from a wide range of medical and surgical specialties, trainings for internal J&J staff, and a variety of conferences, symposia, and workshops.
