BREAST - 14th - 16th March 2024
This 3-day symposium held in Sydney, will provide in-depth insights from various international and local faculty on aesthetic breast augmentation.
Education will focus on patient planning, surgical techniques and current clinical evidence with the agenda to include live surgery, didactic presentations as well as panel discussions on various topics.

In this preceptorship course, attendees will observe live cases over the two days involving advanced surgical techniques in laparoscopic surgery with Associate Professor Matt Rickard and Associate Professor Anil Keshava.
The course takes places across two hospitals, Macquarie University Hospital and Concord Repatriation General Hospital, in Sydney.
The Sydney CSC is available for both in-person attendees as well as via telementoring across both days.

This preceptorship course including live case observation and didactic dinner component for gynae surgeons looking to commence or improve their basic skills in total laparoscopic hysterectomy procedures with Dr Stephen Lyons at North Shore Private Hospital in Sydney.

This course is aimed at Surgeons who are interested in developing their bariatric practice, with a focus on increasing skills and knowledge in sleeve gastrectomy & revisional procedures.
Delegates will observe live cases with A/Prof Michael Talbot at St George Private.

During this preceptorship, attendees will observe live complex exenteration and peritonectomy cases. Delegates will also attend multi-disciplinary team meetings for ongoing exenteration and peritonectomy patients to gain insights into the management of these extremely complex patients.
Various faculty members will also give presentations during the day to provide further opportunity for discussion. The course is held at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney.

The Ethicon Metabolic Mentoring Program (EMMP) is made up of various modules to provide Bariatrics Fellows and Consultants insight and feedback on clinical practice, patient care and the function of a practice from various healthcare professionals and selected faculty.
This course allows participants to meet the experts in managing patients living with complications of obesity and education around collaboration between Bariatric Surgeons, Bariatric GP, Endocrinologist, Psychologist and Dietitians.
This module will give insight in pre & post operative care from the faculty's perspective and discussion on real-life cases will be discussed.

During this preceptorship, attendees will observe live cases over the two days involving laparoscopic CR surgery with Dr Nigel Barwood and robotic CR surgery with Dr Abraham Jacob. The course is held at St John of God Hospital Murdoch in Perth.
The Perth CSC is currently only open to in-person attendees, but we are currently exploring the opportunity to open this to telementoring attendees in the near future.
