How do I register to attend a course?
Expressions of interest can be submitted at www.jnjinstitute.com.  Click “Expressions of interest” and submit your application for review,

I have applied for a course and requested J&J sponsorship, what happens next?
The application will be reviewed by your local Johnson & Johnson MedTech office who will determine your eligibility for sponsorship and inform you of the outcome and next steps.

My application for sponsorship is declined, can I still register?
Yes, you can opt to register your interest in attending a course as a self-funded participant. Your application will be assessed by Ganga Hospital, and you will be informed of the outcome via email. For internet-based emails accounts, please ensure you check your junk folder(s).

I am a self-funded participant; how do I pay the registration fee?
The registration fee will be payable directly to Ganga Hospital’s bank account which will be provided to you on acceptance of your application.

My preferred course is full; can I go on a waiting list?
Yes, if your preferred course date is full, we will contact you in the event a place becomes available and will do our best to facilitate requests.

Who arranges my travel?
On acceptance of your place on a course, you will be responsible for booking flights, accommodation, airport transfers and e-Visa.  Information to assist with these bookings and key contact information will be provided via email by Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
